Area Director's meeting
The MHCA Directors meet from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except in December and July (in 2009 we added meeting in August).
The meetings are held at the Sequoya Public Library, 4340 Tokay Boulevard.
The meetings are free and open to the public.
The date of the next meeting is: October 28, 2025
NOTE: The Annual Meeting in October will be at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 30th, not on Tuesday the 28th.

4. Activity Updates
- June 19,2025 Picnic
- Food and port-a-potty ordered.
- Post cards will be mailed out on May 30.
- Volunteers are needed to run the picnic.
- Summer Nights at Segoe
- Bands and food carts are booked.
- Green Team
- Let’s Watch and Talk about Bad River (a documentary) on June 5, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the Sequoya Library Rooms A and B.
- $400.20 for plants in the prairie. Motion/2nd to do so. Motion carried.
- Membership
- Membership table will be at upcoming summer events to promote the membership drive.
- Approximately 50 new residents are moving to Midvale Heights per year. New resident bags will be prepared for the June meeting.
