Community Connections is looking for volunteers for many volunteer jobs, contact Jan Karst for more information at or 608-441-7891.

Here are a few examples of help needed in the community:

You can help Habitat Restore by working a shift or two as a cashier, stocker, or unloading donated materials to be sold. The profits from both stores go to help build new homes for low income residents.

Schumacher Farm Park in Waunakee, a farm museum, needs volunteers to help with Heirloom gardening, assist with maintaining prairie and woodland, and administrative support. Great place to enjoy nature and eat quantities of harvest from the gardens as available!

Driver Services needs drivers to take seniors (60 yrs. and older) to medical appointments or veterans (of all ages) to important appointments, or to deliver meals to seniors in Dane County communities outside of Madison.
