Residents of Midvale Heights are invited to join the
Midvale Heights Community Association.
Join the Midvale Heights Community Association!
The current Membership Period is: Sep 1, 2025 – Aug 31, 2026.
There will be a new website and a new registration procedure for the 2027 Membership period. The 2027 Membership drive normally would have started in May, but the new website will not be ready for a while (hopefully before July 2026), and the 2027 Membership drive will not start until the new website is ready.
If you register now, it will be for the 2026 membership period, which ends Aug 31, 2026, as mentioned above.
The membership data for the 2026 Membership Directory was sent to the printer on September 2nd 2025. If you join now, you will get a copy of the Directory and a Discount card, but your data will not be included in the printed Directory.
!We no longer print and distribute the bi-monthly Midvale Messenger. The Midvale Messenger is now only sent out by email, so be sure to include a valid email address (or addresses) on your membership form!
MHCA Members will receive one Residents Discount Card, a joint project of local merchants and MHCA to promote local businesses and benefit neighborhood association members. This card can be used for discounts at participating stores, restaurants, and other services, and the discounts could exceed your annual Association dues. Only one card per household. We no longer put a name on the card.
Suggested MHCA membership donation amounts are: $20, $40, $80, or Other amount.
The donations are used for several things, including:
- Support the Good Neighbor Project (formally the Neighborhood Watch),
- Print the MHCA Membership Directories,
- Print the MHCA discount cards,
- Support the Green team plantings,
- Youth baseball leagues,
- Neighborhood garage sale,
- Segoe Summer Nights, free concerts at Segoe Park on Friday nights in July,
- Santa visits,
- Maintain the website,
- And the annual Neighborhood Picnic.
And, in addition, we are always ready to consider new initiatives suggested by residents.
MHCA offers many opportunities for residents ready to take leadership and expand services to our neighborhood. We encourage you to become a member and also become involved by donating whatever resources you can.
