- Potential library event for 2026 annual meeting.

- 41,141.54 in assets.
6. WIDE-LP
- WIDE-LP 99.1 FM is a low power radio station based out of Midvale Heights.
- 100% volunteer operated—looking for volunteers to host programming (i.e., “Know Your
Neighborhood”).
- $500 donation to WIDE-LP

7. Welcome Committee
- Distribution of 13 welcome bags to board members to deliver to new neighbors.
8. Prospective Events
- January 31, 2026—Westmorland Neighborhood Association Winterfest.
- February 2026—skiing and board game event at the Odana Hills Club House.
- March 2026—spring break party.
9. Neighborhood Exchange Website Update
- Sub-committee for website development created.
10. Bison Sculpture
- Estimate for bison sculpture restoration forthcoming.
11. Picnic
- Segoe Park is reserved for June 23 & 25, 2026.
- Nan Lager will take over planning.
- Rain date vs. indoor alternative discussed.
12. Announcement from Bill Tishler
- District 11 Book Club scheduled for December 10, 2025.
