2. Elections for 2026 MHCA Officers

3. Approve Minutes for September and October Meetings

• Motion/2nd to do so. Motion carried.

4. Annual Meeting

• Potential library event for 2026 annual meeting.

5. Treasurer Report

• 41,141.54 in assets.

6. WIDE-LP

• WIDE-LP 99.1 FM is a low power radio station based out of Midvale Heights.
• 100% volunteer operated—looking for volunteers to host programming (i.e., “Know Your

Neighborhood”).

• $500 donation to WIDE-LP

7. Welcome Committee

• Distribution of 13 welcome bags to board members to deliver to new neighbors.

8. Prospective Events

• January 31, 2026—Westmorland Neighborhood Association Winterfest.
• February 2026—skiing and board game event at the Odana Hills Club House.
• March 2026—spring break party.

9. Neighborhood Exchange Website Update

• Sub-committee for website development created.

10. Bison Sculpture

• Estimate for bison sculpture restoration forthcoming.

11. Picnic

• Segoe Park is reserved for June 23 & 25, 2026.
• Nan Lager will take over planning.
• Rain date vs. indoor alternative discussed.

12. Announcement from Bill Tishler

• District 11 Book Club scheduled for December 10, 2025.

13. Other Business

• Santa Visits—volunteers needed. Please contact Gwyn Schell at (608) 622-5388 or

gwynelanor at gmail.com with questions or interest in volunteers.
